Mic Press is an independent publishing house for the literature of the intelligence age, based in New York and established in MMXXV. We publish few books a year, each chosen with conviction and made completely — from developmental editing to typography, paper, and binding.
Our subject is the lineage break: the transition into a world shared with intelligent machines, and the principles, architectures, and convictions that will let people and institutions prosper through it. We give the builders, researchers, and thinkers working at that frontier a stage, and a permanent form.
The inaugural list is AI-Born by Mehran Granfar — a two-volume work on the architecture of the enterprise built around artificial intelligence, and the human transition it sets in motion. The series publishes in Spring MMXXVI.
